I have made it my life journey to work with ancient sacred practices in order to integrate divine union for my higher purpose, into this physical aspect of my existence. I have been on this journey of self-healing, self-actualization and transformation and I am here to support your journey in finding your purpose.

When we are born into a world where all we learn and know is the chase, we become accustomed to that life of “racing” actioning and doing all the time.

The larger portion of my life no different to most, driven by ambition to mark or claim my space in this world. Climbing corporate ladders and ticking boxes of ambition and achievements in the material world as we know it.

Often enough in utter misalignment I would reach points of burn out, health issues, anxiety, stress, relationship issues and wanting copious amounts of unhealthy anti-social time became more of a norm. That consistent asking of myself what was next just became this vicious cycle of no real beginning and no real ending.

My journey into ancient practices started from the need to soften back into myself, knowing of myself, to create space between my breath and thoughts and to reconnect with my higher order and purpose. I chose to live in harmony and vitality in a conscious way that brings peace and flow into every moment of my life and those around me. The journey started from within and still continuously exudes outwardly.
